Charif is a founder of the business. Charif has been the CEO of a diverse range of commercial businesses in development, consulting and retail sectors.
Charif has experience taking start-up companies and developing them into valuable businesses. He sees the new opportunities in the Technology sector as a way to capitalise on his experience gained in traditional commercial enterprises. His background in trade and investment companies drew him to develop his own Technology companies to apply his decades of experience in this new and fast evolving sector.
Like his brother Charif, Karl has been a Managing Director of a range of international and national commercial business interests.
He has advised Governments on international trade and established ties between Australia and its international trade partners over the past 30 years. Karl has experience building successful online start-up companies by targeting a gap in the digital marketplace and then commercialising and marketing the opportunity to key stakeholders and investors.

Pawel gained international technology development skills working for some of the world’s leading technology companies including Samsung, Procter & Gamble and Unilever. Pawel’s experience and qualifications saw him awarded Professor status at multiple international universities where he has passed on his experience.
Roman has 35 years of experience in national security, intelligence and law enforcement agencies, culminating in his role as the inaugural Australian Border Force Commissioner.
Prior to his appointment as ABF Commissioner, Roman was the CEO of Australian Customs where he led the Federal government’s maritime strategy under Operation Sovereign Borders.
Kuba has worked for some of the world’s biggest brands in past roles as an investment banker and consultant and has lived and worked in a range of different countries.
This has uniquely shaped his strategic and analytical background which is invaluable to the Board as it looks to scale and grow the RTC business according to clearly defined goals and targets. Kuba has helped many change-oriented executives to establish, develop and transform their companies with digital and data solutions and is highly sought after for his advice.
David spent more than 20 years at Walker Corporation (Australia's largest private Development company), including 7 years as CFO arranging Finance deals of up to $500 million and more than 10 years as the Managing Director during which time David facilitated the largest private development sale in Australian history – the $1.3 billion sale of Walker Corporation assets to Mirvac.
Prior to Walker Corporation David worked for a number of large corporates including National Foods & Pacific Dunlop. Since leaving Walker Corporation, David has taken on various private consulting and Advisory Board roles in the Business, Finance & Tech Sectors bringing his broad contact network, strategic advisory skills and commercial experience overseeing major deals and projects.
